SFA Cheer & Dance Teams Tryout Application - Part One

Once this Application - Part ONE is complete, candidates will be sent Part TWO to complete the application process. *Part 2 will be sent beginning October 1, 2023. Please note that ONLY applicants ELIGIBLE for tryouts should complete this purchase. Eligible candidates include cheerleaders and dancers who will graduate high school in 2024 or who have previously graduated high school and college transfer students.
