"Additional Entry" payments of $5.00 each can be added on the next page. 2) Please make sure that your payment total on this site corresponds to the number of entries you submitted via CaFÉ. Your entry will not be processed nor submitted to jury until your payment amount matches your number of entries. 3) After you enter your payment information and address on the last page, click the CONTINUE UNREGISTERED button. 4) An email notification will be sent to you once your entry and payment are processed.
