Practice proper weightlifting mechanics in a motivating small group environment. One of our NASM Certified Personal Trainers will emphasize the fundamentals of weightlifting to create an effective and safe experience for beginners and avid athletes. Whether you’re interested in gaining muscle mass, decreasing body fat percentage, or increasing muscular endurance, this program will guide you towards reaching your goals.

Two Sessions Available:

  • Session 1: September 5 – September 28 
  • Session 2: October 10 – November 2

  • Mondays & Wednesdays
  • 5:00pm-6:00pm
